My Body was Definitely Mad at Me

I did too much today
I can tell by the way my bodies yelling at me
The heat really takes everything from me
Which isn’t much
I shower and lay on my bed in complete agony
I take my pain pill eat, and it hits
I feel so heavy my entire body
I need to lay flat down
I get my bed ready as if i were going to bed
I lay there so heavy so paralized in the pain
As the light shines in threw my open window
As I dont have the energy to move
I pass out
I couldn’t move at all
I stayed in that position for 9 hours
To awake at 3:30 am to finally be able to move
For a much needed pee
Finally, close my window and blinds
My body was definitely mad at me
The only way it could get me to listen was to completely paralize me
