I think that these are good suggestions for anyone who faces a life with a lot of pain. Thanks! I am OK, but I have to go to PT today and I am not looking forward to it. Ugh! Even though it is very painful it also has its funny moments. Last time I had to play with little colored hoops by picking one up and putting it on a very tall vertical rod. I lost it and started laughing and couldn’t stop. I had to do 25 or30 of these little hoops,and the more of them I did the harder I laughed. The poor PT woman didn’t know how to react, and just stared at me dumbfounded. The other patients in the room were also staring at me. Hahaha! It was great fun! I will spend as much time as I can in our place today. Pain free and peaceful. How are you doing today?🤗
