I think it’s just me being exhausted I’ve been doing doing to much one thing after another big things and not giving my body the time needed to recover. Plus the heat and stress I suppose. Kids have been on vacation since the end of June they go back beginning august. So I am trying to get all there clothes and supplies. Draining honestly.
