I’m Young
I’m a little bit of a party animal
I’m a little bit of a troublemaker
Guilty was the name
I’m a little bit of a pothead
I’ve only had one before you
He had nothing on you
I’m in love with a gangster
Some would say
Lord, how we sung together
I’ve had nothing like you in my life
Lord knows I wasn’t ready for you
I’ve never felt all the emotions I have with you
I’m a little bit of a runner
I’m a little bit of a drinker
Vodka is the poison of choice
You were older
You were badder
You were a world I never knew
You were always in & out of jail
You knew my soul more than anyone ever has
A lot of us was on paper
The rest was us fighting to be together
We were young
We destroyed us but…
Lord knows we sang
Dam, how we made good music
Lord knows my heart is still yours
You were my first love
You are my lost love
You are the thoughts that run through this mind
I can never say aloud
I.E.O. <3
