      1. I felt kind of detached from things today. I am OK, but I am living mostly in my head in a world apart from this one. This is not uncommon for me. A way to cope I guess. Sitting under an old oak tree with a breath of spring in the air near a slow-flowing river, I soak in the sun and relax. Spring flowers nod in the breeze.
